Q. How do I upload documents to the system?

What documents can I upload?

  1. Any documents that exist on your computer : Word processing / Text documents / Spreadsheets - e.g. WHS/OHS Committee Meeting minutes/agendas, Toolbox Meeting records, Notices, Correspondence, Training Register, electronic invoices
  2. Provided you have a scanner, documents that exist on paper, e.g. receipts, invoices, signed documents, training certificates etc. Scan the documents according to the scanner's instructions.

What are the steps I take?

  • First log into the Safety Manager website.
  • Then go to the Members Area
  • Then click on "Your WHS Documentation and Records"
  • Then click on "Add record"
  • From here you can browse your hard drive and upload anything you like.
  • Click on "Save"

What are the benefits of doing this?

It means you have all your WHS records and documents in the same place, and you can access them at the click of a mouse.
